Working Line, Proven In The Field

Our German Shepherds represent working line genetics out of West German and Czech bloodlines, including dogs imported from Czech Republic border patrol and army kennels. Zeus serves as an active Search and Rescue K9 with law enforcement. Storm is BH-trained and the daughter of 2× World Champion IGP3 Irck del Houte Berger and Eva Tiger Hill.

Zeus and Storm have produced a litter. Every breeding shepherd is evaluated for hip and elbow structure before it is bred.

The First Two

Kody & Gia

Kody Vilipo and Gia were narcotic and explosive detection dogs. That is a narrow, unforgiving kind of work: a dog that indicates on nothing is useless and a dog that indicates on everything is worse, and the ones that hold up are the ones with the nose, the drive to keep hunting long after it stops being fun, and the nerve to do it in places full of noise and strangers.

They set what this kennel looks for in a shepherd, and it has not moved since. Not size, not colour, not a pedigree read out at a show — a dog that will work a problem to the end and be steady while it does. Every shepherd here traces back to that standard, and the European working lines that came after were chosen against it.

They were also family. Both are gone now, and the program they started is the part of them that is still working.

  • What Does It Mean When You Say Your Dogs Come From Titled Lines?

    Titled lines refer to dogs that have earned official certifications in sport or service work, such as IGP/Schutzhund or police detection. These dogs have proven trainability, stability and physical soundness — all inherited traits we preserve in our litters.

  • Do Puppies Come With Health Guarantees?

    Yes. All our puppies come with a written health guarantee covering genetic conditions and major structural issues for a defined period. Full details are provided during the application process.
